Founded in 1976, KA-TE PMO AG is the first company in the world to have manufactured remote-controlled robots for sewer rehabilitation. More than 360 KA-TE systems and 120 compact systems have been delivered to customers since 1979, the year KA-TE founder Erich Himmler and his team developed the first prototype of a hydraulically powered sewer rehabilitation robot.
