Dear customers,

This communication serves to inform you of a number of changes and adjustments within our company.

Personnel-related changes

Mr Edgar Bruhin took over as CEO of KA-TE PMO AG on 01 June 2018. Fatmir Gojani is your contact partners for equipment sales and servicing. Please contact Fatmir Gojani with regard to any issue concerning servicing and the sale of replacement parts.

Enquiries/Orders

We kindly ask you to observe and, when possible, to adhere to the following regulations, as they enable us to process your orders correctly and efficiently:

• If possible, please quote your order/enquiry number when placing an order or making an enquiry. This makes it easier to locate your order or enquiry.
• Please state the contact details (email + telephone number) of the processor so we can contact him or her directly.
• Please define both addresses exactly if the invoice address for an order is not the same as the delivery address. In this case please also define a contact partner at the place of delivery (name and telephone number).
• You are welcome to state your preferred delivery dates and we will endeavour to adhere to them.
• You will usually receive a written quote from us that serves as a basis for your order placement. Therefore please state our quote number when placing your order so we can process your order more speedily and efficiently.
• Customers are required to check order confirmations without delay and to report any errors. The order confirmation will otherwise be deemed as accepted. Subsequent corrections will only be possible in exceptional cases.

Delivery charges:

In future, deliveries with a value exceeding 500.00 euros will NOT incur shipping and packaging costs.
