We offer extensive training courses for our systems so that our customers can make the best possible practical use of KA-TE’s sewer robot systems.

OUR TRAINING COURSES ARE MADE UP OF THREE PARTS:

  1. Acceptance of the system at our plant in Altendorf / Switzerland
  2. Training on all components of the system at our plant in Altendorf / Switzerland
  3. Customer support and practical advice on site on one of your construction sites

Naturally, we also offer customised training courses.

AIMS OF THE TRAINING COURSES

Following the training course on your vehicle, your operators will know how to insert the individual robots and modules and how to handle them. After the training course, the operator will be able to handle the robot system independently on the construction site and to perform simple repairs independently.

Training course for SR 150 / SR 300 filler robot and shield placing system

  • Training on filler robot
  • Installation of shield placing module
  • Retrofitting of the shield placing module on large filler robot
  • Pressing of epoxy resin- inserting the shield placing types according to diameter,
    functions of the shield placing mechanism,
    bladder types and diameters
  • Exercises: place shields
  • Exercises: remove bladders and shields
  • Exercises: cleaning of shields

Milling tools

  • Characteristics of PCD and diamond milling cutters
  • Correct insertion of the milling tools
  • Learning the features of specialised milling tools
  • Learning the features of milling tools adaptations (grinding disc)

Resins

  • Handling, storage and differentiation of the resin types
